When you subscribe to the PrideNomad Foundation newsletter, we collect your email address. That is the only personal information we require. You may optionally provide your name, but it is not required to subscribe.
Our website uses standard analytics to understand how visitors find and use our content. This includes page views, referral sources, and general geographic region (country level). We do not use advertising tracking pixels.

Newsletter and email
Our newsletter is delivered through Beehiiv, a newsletter platform. When you subscribe, your email address is stored in Beehiiv's system. Beehiiv's privacy policy governs their handling of your data. You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any newsletter issue — no explanation required, no friction.
Cookies and analytics
Our website uses cookies for basic analytics. These are anonymous and aggregate — we cannot identify individual visitors from this data. We use this information to understand which guides and research pages are most useful to our readers. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; this will not affect your ability to access any of our content.
Data retention
We retain subscriber email addresses as long as the newsletter is active and the subscriber remains subscribed. When you unsubscribe, your data is removed from our active list. You may request permanent deletion of your data by contacting us at the address below.
